Currently we do not have monthly billing. You can either choose to top up the digital wallet through credit card or make credit card payment per delivery transaction.

VIAMOVE delivers to anywhere in Singapore except for "Standard No-go Zones". No-go zones are typically locations that most delivery companies do not go to i.e. hard to access areas or require special pass to enter such as Army Camps and Government Buildings.
Yes, you can access the Electronic POD via our website. Just click on the details on each delivery job and you will be able to view the recipient’s signature as well as the time and date that parcel is delivered.
Each delivery has a tracking number which can be used to track your parcel. We also have a support email [email protected] which you can contact should you require any assistance.
You can only cancel the order 30mins before the chosen timeslot. A 50% of delivery fee will be charged if you cancel the delivery order within or after 30 mins of the chosen timeslot
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be send back to the sender. Original delivery fees will be applicable.
Currently we provide a liability coverage of up to $100 of item value per delivery
